1. Prices
The prices include no VAT.

2. Shipment
The shipment rate is with regular post is included in our prices.
The shipment rate is with UPS depends from the selected clock and will be shown in our order form.

3. Accepting the contract
The contract comes of, if
a) the customer places the order with the mouse or the enter key and
b) the order is confirmed by cuckooclocks.com via E-Mail or fax.
c) the delivery of the products.

4. Delivery
All goods will be delivered by German regular mail. If the goods are out of stock the customer will be informed via E-Mail or fax. DV-Marketing may then reject the order.

5. Payment
DV-MArketing will bill the credit card of the customer, or he uses prepayment.

6. Warranty
Our warranty covers on function and running of the clock. No warranty for transport damage when they are not caused by us. No warranty for broken parts or careless handling or wilful distruction.

7. Liability
DV-Marketing is liable only for careless or wilful cause.

8. Property
The goods are in the property of DV-Marketing until the payment has been made.

9. Returns Policy
The customer may cancel his order within 2 weeks after delivery. The cancelation of the order can be done by sending the goods back to DV-Marketing.

DV-Marketing may store the data of the customer electronically. The data is only used for this business relationship.

12. Jurisdiction
The parties hereby expressly agree on jurisdiction of the commercial court of Karlsruhe, Germany

13. General
Should individual provisions of the contract or of these provisions be invalid the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one, which comes as close to the target goal as possible.
